It horizontal orientation, 3 stations, 6 ways multi spindles drilling special purpose machine. The basic SPM comprises 3 nos. of hydraulically operated self feed hydraulic heads and each with 2 adjustable type multi spindles heads. The SPM comprises 5 stations hydraulic system and hardware, PLC based control panel for SPM automation, close loop coolant system, hydraulically operated component clamping fixtures of 5 stations. The PMS can be operated in Manual mode, Single cycle in auto mode and continuous cycles in auto mode. In manual mode individual head can be operated. PLC-HMI comprise tool life setting, finished component setting, batch setting, energy save mode,various recipes for component types, motor protection alarms.
